Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Planning:
– Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
– Identify and launch new categories with clear growth plans and roadmaps.
Revenue Management:
– Own revenue management across all online sales channels, with a strong focus on our website and Amazon.
– Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale performance across channels to maximize ROI.
Performance Marketing:
– Scale ad revenue through paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, etc.) while ensuring efficient CAC and LTV.
– Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
– Work closely with operations, branding, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless growth journey.
– Align growth initiatives with supply chain readiness, brand positioning, and customer experience.
Unit Economics & Profitability:
– Establish and maintain healthy unit economics for existing and newly launched categories.
– Track contribution margins, customer acquisition cost, retention metrics, and profitability KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
– 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing in a D2C or e-commerce setup.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, SEO, etc.).
– Proven track record of scaling revenues in consumer brands.
– Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in performance tracking tools.
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
