Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Social Media & Digital Outreach Associate to support our marketing and sales initiatives. This role is integral to expanding our digital presence, generating leads, and building strong online engagement.

The role involves monitoring social media trends, actively engaging with online communities, and supporting outreach efforts to expand partnerships and reach new audiences. You will also assist in creating presentations and planning online events to foster meaningful connections within the community.

You will work closely with the Sales Team, aligning digital outreach strategies with enrollment and business growth objectives.

This is a part-time, fully remote position based in India. The selected candidate will be required to work in alignment with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone, with standard working hours from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM EST ( 7 pm IST to 12:00 am IST )

Responsibilities :

• Develop and publish engaging content to promote the College’s programs and services, driving lead generation and enrolment growth
• Manage and actively engage across social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram
• Monitor digital and social media trends, and leverage insights to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
• Create compelling marketing content including posts, captions, blogs, and promotional campaigns aligned with brand voice
• Plan, execute, and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies to improve website traffic, search rankings, and lead quality
• Manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including audience segmentation, automation workflows, and performance tracking
• Draft and distribute email communications, newsletters, and promotional campaigns to prospective and existing leads
• Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries promptly, and build strong digital relationships with potential students
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to support outreach initiatives, lead nurturing, and partnership development
• Assist in the creation of presentations, marketing materials, and support event planning initiatives (virtual and in-person)
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement), and continuously optimize strategies for improved ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, community outreach, and social media management, with a strong focus on lead generation and engagement strategies
• Proven experience managing multi-platform campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing), including keyword research, on-page optimization, and paid campaigns
• Experience in email marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, including campaign creation, automation workflows, and audience segmentation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and convert leads effectively
• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and developing marketing messaging that drives conversions
• Strong analytical skills with experience using social media and marketing analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
