Operations Associate – Billing & Session QA Full Time NEW

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage billing accuracy, session verification, and operational quality. This role is critical to ensuring sessions are correctly marked, revenue is captured, and issues are resolved quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Charging & Billing
• Ensure sessions are accurately billed
• Review and validate charges before processing
• Flag discrepancies in payments or insurance
• Session Labeling (QA)
• Review session data and mark:
• Completed
• No-show
• Needs investigation
• Maintain high accuracy in labeling
• Investigation & Issue Resolution
• Investigate cases such as:
• No-shows
• Provider missed sessions
• Review chat logs, call logs, and system data
• Determine correct outcome and update system
• Phone Communication
• Call patients or providers when needed
• Clarify session outcomes or resolve issues
• Communicate clearly and professionally

Requirements

• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfortable with numbers, billing, and data validation
• Good spoken and written English (must be confident on phone)
• Ability to analyze situations and make decisions independently
• Experience with:
• Operations / back office / billing / QA / data labeling
• Proficient with:
• Google Sheets / Excel
• CRM or internal tools

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims
• Experience in data auditing or quality assurance
• Familiarity with support or call workflows
