Role Description
The Digital Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, leveraging data-driven strategies, and coordinating business expansion efforts. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, formulating growth plans, executing growth hacking strategies, overseeing sales activities, and managing projects to achieve business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in growth hacking, including innovative strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
- Proficiency in sales techniques and a solid understanding of customer engagement
- Project management skills for planning, executing, and overseeing impactful initiatives
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to support growth initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
