Job Summary:

We are looking for a Linux Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our Linux-based systems. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Linux environments, system performance, and basic networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers

• Monitor system performance and ensure availability

• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups

• Troubleshoot system and application issues

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

• Ensure system security and compliance

• Support deployment of applications on Linux environments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL)

• Familiarity with shell scripting

• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, SSH, TCP/IP)

• Experience with system monitoring tools

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)

• Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Linux system administration

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
