Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile ERP, Accounts & Inventory Executive to streamline our operations. You will be the point person for our financial records, system management, and stock accuracy. This role requires high proficiency in data tools and the flexibility to coordinate activities across our South Delhi and Noida offices.Key Responsibilities:
- ERP & Data: Manage day-to-day ERP operations; maintain advanced trackers in Google Sheets and MS Excel for real-time business insights.
- Accounting: Execute bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and tax data preparation (GST/TDS) using Tally.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform periodic physical audits, and reconcile physical inventory with ERP records. Manage inward/outward stock movement and generate aging reports.
- Operations: Travel between South Delhi and Noida to ensure inventory and accounts are synchronized across both sites.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Software: Mastery of Tally, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Inventory Expertise: Proven experience in stock auditing, warehouse data management, or supply chain tracking.
- Mobility: Must be comfortable with regular travel between South Delhi and Noida.
- Experience: 2–5 years in a role handling both numbers and physical assets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
