Director of Performance Marketing

Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels. As Director of Performance Marketing, you will own the complete growth engine, from strategy and budgeting to execution and optimization.
Requirements:
· 10+ years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing or growth roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership/ownership role.
· Proven B2C marketing experience, preferably in high-velocity consumer acquisition environments.
· Demonstrated success in the International market, including running profitable paid campaigns for consumers.
· Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets in Meta and Google Ads with a strong record of hitting unit-economics targets.
· Deep analytical expertise with strong understanding of funnels, CPL, CPS, CAC, LTV, and other metrics.
· Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing-page builders, analytics platforms, and CRMs.
· Experience hiring, coaching, and managing a lean, high-output marketing team with clear KPIs.
· Strong focus on execution, continuous testing, and quick improvements, with full ownership of results.

· Collaborate with creative and content teams to build high-performing ad funnels
· Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments
