🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Paid Marketing Lead to drive high-impact B2B performance campaigns. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, improving ROAS, and optimizing customer acquisition costs through data-driven strategies and full-funnel marketing execution. Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Ads is essential.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

• Lead and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping) and LinkedIn Ads
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for precise targeting, prospecting, and audience segmentation
• Own end-to-end funnel strategy to drive high-quality B2B leads and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences
• Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROI and reduce CAC
• Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns to improve conversion rates

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, CPM, and conversions
• Share weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Continuously refine campaigns using data-driven approaches

Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Identify growth opportunities and scale high-performing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to improve lead quality and conversions

📱 Secondary Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and plan content calendars
• Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives and campaign assets
• Support SEO initiatives and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Assist in content creation (ad copies, Canva creatives, basic video edits)

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and B2B lead generation
• Proven experience in PPC, paid media campaigns, and performance marketing strategies
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
