As the HR Executive – Recruitment & People Experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and employee satisfaction of our workplace. Your responsibilities will span from attendance tracking to recruitment support, ensuring a seamless and conducive work environment. These roles are integral to the success of our company, offering opportunities for growth and impact in a vibrant work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Leadership – Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding across Karnataka, Hyderabad, Chennai, and upcoming locations.
Strategic Workforce Planning – Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop quarterly and annual hiring plans aligned with organizational growth.
Management Trainee & Intern Hiring – Drive structured hiring of Management Trainees and Interns across all locations by building strong campus pipelines and ensuring timely closure of requirements.
Campus Recruitment & College Partnerships – Establish and strengthen relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes to build a strong and continuous talent pipeline through regular campus visits and engagement programs.
Multi-Location Lateral Hiring – Lead lateral hiring across all locations by coordinating with regional HR teams and business leaders to ensure the right talent is hired at the right time.
Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline Development – Develop innovative sourcing strategies through job portals, professional networks, references, campus hiring, and industry connections to ensure consistent talent availability.
Recruitment Strategy & Execution – Design and implement recruitment strategies to improve hiring quality, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure smooth hiring operations across locations.
Hiring Trackers, Dashboards & Reporting – Monitor recruitment performance through monthly hiring trackers, dashboards, and reports, and present updates to management for better decision-making.
Team Leadership & Coordination – Guide and support regional HR teams and recruitment coordinators to ensure alignment in hiring processes and consistent recruitment standards.
Offer Management & Onboarding Governance – Oversee offer rollout, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth joining experience and reduce dropouts.
Talent Network & Employer Branding – Build strong employer branding by creating relationships with colleges, institutions, and industry networks to position the organization as a preferred employer.
Recruitment Process Improvement – Continuously review recruitment processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, quality of hiring, and cost optimization.
Timely Fulfillment of Manpower Requirements – Ensure all departmental hiring needs are fulfilled on time with quality manpower through proactive follow-ups and structured planning.
Budgeting & Cost Control in Recruitment – Monitor recruitment costs and optimize hiring expenses.
Vendor & Consultancy Management – Manage recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
Recruitment SLA & KPI Management – Ensure hiring timelines, quality, and performance metrics are achieved.
Succession Planning Support – Support leadership in identifying future talent and building internal talent pipelines.
Compliance & Documentation in Hiring – Ensure all recruitment processes follow company policies and statutory requirements.
Employee Grievance Handling – Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and maintain a positive and harmonious work environment.
Employee Engagement Initiatives – Collaborate with management to plan and execute engagement activities and build a strong organizational culture.
Induction & Training Support – Support induction and training programs in coordination with the TED team to ensure smooth onboarding and employee development.
Benefits & Employee Support – Guide HR teams across locations in resolving employee benefit-related queries and ensuring smooth communication.
Continuous HR Improvement – Stay updated with industry best practices and introduce innovative HR and recruitment approaches.
Any Other Responsibilities – Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management based on organizational requirements
Education and Additional Qualifications:
5 to 8 years of experience
Graduation or Equivalent degree is preferred.
Loves building relationships with people.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
