Role: Junior Social Media Manager.

Work Timing: Monday to Friday – 10:00am to 07:00pm (can go beyond 7pm)

Pay range: ₹20,000/-

Responsibilities

• Create monthly content calendar for your brands, coordinating with the Creative Director. Create shoot plan based on the approved calendar, with the help of the shoot director.
• Work with the production team, client, and other cross-functional teams to make sure shoot happens without hiccups. (Just ensure you get your deliverables as expected).
• Update posts for all your clients on task allocation software for the operations manager to allocate work. Prepare briefs that are easily understandable yet clear and precise. You’ll be responsible for briefs, copy & captions.
• Work with the post-production team so timely delivery of posts is carried out to client, after getting approval from the creative head.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team as required.
• Maintain account health by building a good working relationship with concerned POCs.
• Publish posts on time.
• Manage overall page hygiene, be on top of DMs that fall under ORM (Online Reputation Management), flag risks & escalate issues as required.

Qualifications

• Strong command over English language.
• Have essential tech literacy for today’s world, and have the ability to multitask + context shift.
• Use AI to do smart work but without outsourcing your thinking to it.
