In this role, you would be responsible for the day to day operational & service management activities of Core People process, including efficient and effective triage, query resolution, system management, data analytics, status tracking, process mapping and desktop procedures.
The role acts as an SME in of Core People process providing excellent employee experience and high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring compliance with SLA’s/ KPI’s, troubleshoot issues and address inquiries from employees, managers and HR professionals.
