Vice President – Corporate Branding & Communication – Sustainability – FMCG/ Manufacturing – 15+ Years – Navi Mumbai

Looking for a seasoned marketing leader to drive corporate branding, corporate communications (internal & external), B2B marketing, and e-commerce growth for a leading organization in the FMCG/ agri commodities/food ingredients space. The role will focus on building a strong global brand presence, generating business leads, and strengthening digital communication, along with driving sustainability/ESG-led branding.

Location- Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Drive corporate communications, brand strategy and positioning across domestic and international markets
2. Lead B2B marketing initiatives and generate qualified leads to support revenue growth
3. Build and drive sustainability/ESG communication aligned with sourcing and operations
4. Scale e-commerce and marketplace channels through performance marketing and optimization
5. Lead digital presence, trade marketing, PR, and manage teams/agencies with strong ROI focus

Requirements:

1. 15–20 years of experience in marketing within agri commodities, food ingredients, FMCG sourcing, or exports
2. Full-time MBA from a tier 1 institute
3. Strong expertise in corporate branding, corporate communications, Crisis communications, B2B marketing, lead generation and sustainability.
4. Proven experience in sustainability/ESG initiatives/ CSR activities and communication
5. Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance-driven campaigns
6. Leadership experience with strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking
