About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Tracking Executive to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will ensure that every order reaches customers on time by closely monitoring shipments, coordinating with vendors and carriers, and keeping customers informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor orders from dispatch to final delivery.
• Call and follow up with vendors and courier/shipping partners to get real-time updates.
• Identify delays or issues in shipments and take quick action to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate tracking records and update internal systems.
• Prepare basic reports on order status and delivery performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data tracking, reporting).
• Comfortable making regular calls to vendors and shipping carriers for updates.
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently.

Work Schedule

• Shift: Night Shift (5:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• Working Days: Monday-Saturday
• Weekly Off: Sunday
