Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Senior Associates and Managers based in Chandigarh. The role involves managing and contributing to high-quality deliverables across various projects by leveraging expertise in accounting, financial analysis, business operations, and team leadership. Responsibilities include performing quality reviews, managing client deliverables, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring adherence to company processes and best practices. Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to achieving project goals and fostering innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting, auditing standards, and financial reporting
• Strong skills in business operations, project management, and process optimization
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Advanced knowledge of technology tools relevant to financial data analysis
• Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent, is preferred
• Proven experience with client management and delivering results under deadlines
