Procurement Executive Full Time

Role Purpose

To support the sourcing and procurement of furniture and homeware products by ensuring timely vendor coordination, cost-effective purchasing, and smooth supply chain operations aligned with business requirements.

What You Will Own

• Vendor identification, onboarding, and relationship management
• Purchase order creation and tracking
• Negotiation support for pricing, MOQ, and lead times
• Coordination with suppliers for production and dispatch schedules
• Inventory planning support with merchandising team
• Ensuring product availability across stores/warehouses
• Documentation and compliance (contracts, invoices, GRNs)

• On-time procurement: Ensure timely placement and closure of POs
• Cost efficiency: Achieve competitive pricing and cost savings
• Vendor performance: Maintain strong supplier SLAs (quality, timelines)
• Stock availability: Minimize stock-outs and overstock situations
• Process adherence: Accurate documentation and procurement compliance
