This role involves complete end-to-end ownership from building and nurturing relationships with leading PR agencies, luxury brands, and key industry stakeholders, to identifying and securing high-value collaborations. You will be responsible for negotiating commercials, structuring brand deals, and closing contracts, while ensuring all partnerships are aligned with the brand’s positioning and long-term vision. Additionally, you will oversee flawless on-ground execution at high-profile events, ensuring a premium and consistent brand presence at all times.
You will also lead and scale my social media presence building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing content team across shoots, editing, posting, and overall strategy. This includes developing a strong content pipeline, maintaining visual and narrative consistency, and driving engagement across platforms while reinforcing a distinct and aspirational luxury identity.
A key aspect of this role is balancing my independent brand collaborations alongside my commitments with Della Group. You will ensure that both personal and professional representations are seamlessly aligned, strategically positioned, and elevated across all touchpoints, including media, events, and digital platforms.
