Role Overview

Seeking a hands-on Technology Transformation leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. This role focuses on solving complex business challenges at the intersection of technology, cloud, and AI. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to define strategy, build actionable roadmaps, and drive execution across transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Partner with senior executives to define technology and AI transformation priorities
• Translate business objectives into actionable strategies and implementation plans
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from assessment through execution
• Drive measurable business outcomes in ambiguous and dynamic environments

Technology Strategy & Advisory

• Define enterprise IT and digital transformation strategies aligned with business goals
• Develop IT operating models to support product-centric and AI-driven organizations
• Conduct maturity assessments across IT, cloud, and digital capabilities
• Analyze technology spend and identify optimization opportunities
• Build business cases, investment strategies, and value realization frameworks
• Lead cloud transformation and enterprise architecture initiatives
• Identify and scale high-impact AI and GenAI use cases
• Bridge emerging technologies with practical enterprise adoption

Practice Development

• Support business growth through proposal development and client engagements
• Develop thought leadership in technology and AI transformation
• Mentor team members and contribute to building a high-performing team
• Contribute to shaping future service offerings and capabilities

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in technology consulting, strategy, or transformation
• Strong expertise in IT strategy, CIO advisory, and cloud transformation
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI use cases and their business applications
• Experience leading workstreams or full project engagements
• Ability to operate effectively in unstructured environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
