Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws
- Organize and manage board meetings, committee meetings, and annual general meetings (AGMs)
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions for meetings
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- File necessary returns, forms, and documents with regulatory authorities (e.g., MCA)
- Advise the board on corporate governance practices and legal risks
- Handle company secretarial audits and ensure timely compliance
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, legal advisors, and stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and compliance frameworks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
