Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Associate who can manage day-to-day operations,
communicate with users, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role requires good
communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs)
● Communicate with users and solve their queries on time.
● Handle issues and escalations quickly and effectively.
● Work with internal teams to fix operational problems.
● Support daily clinical and operational tasks.
● Improve processes to make work faster and smoother.
● Ensure a good experience for users.
Key Requirements
● 1 – 5 years of experience in operations or similar role
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
