Business Analyst – Finance Full Time NEW

Vedantu is hiring a Business Analyst – Finance to drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial data, improving reporting frameworks, and identifying process efficiencies. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Analyse finance processes and identify inefficiencies
• Build automated reports and dashboards for key financial metrics
• Prepare reports and presentations using Excel/Google Sheets
• Perform data extraction and analysis for reconciliation and vendor settlements
• Create process maps and workflows for operational improvements
• Work with technical teams to design finance-related solutions
• Conduct testing and validation of implemented solutions

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business/data analysis
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred:

• Background in Finance/Accounting
• Experience in financial reporting or reconciliation
