Job Title: IT Support Lead

Role Sum

The IT Support Lead will manage end‑user IT support and on‑site IT operations at the Raipur location, ensuring reliable systems, network connectivity, and user support. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, team coordination, and liaison with central IT and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues.
• Act as escalation point for critical IT incidents and ensure SLA adherence.
• Manage local IT infrastructure (LAN/Wi‑Fi, basic servers, endpoint security).
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and central IT teams.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and basic security compliance.
• Support users with Windows OS, email, MS Office/O365, and IT policies.

Required Skills

• Strong desktop and hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Basic to intermediate networking knowledge.
• Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field/on‑site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Prior experience in NGO, education, or multi‑location environments preferred.
• ITIL or relevant technical certifications are an added advantage.
