We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic sales leader to join our team in Bangalore. If you have grown through the ranks in hardcore sales and have a strong track record of driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and scaling business in the e-commerce space — this role is for you.
🔹 Role Overview
As a City Head / Zonal Head – Sales, you will lead regional sales efforts, drive partner acquisition, and play a key role in scaling our business. This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end ownership of sales performance and growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth
✔️ Lead partner acquisition & onboarding in the e-commerce ecosystem
✔️ Build and manage strong relationships with key partners
✔️ Optimize sales processes and improve team productivity
✔️ Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
✔️ Analyze market trends and competition to drive strategic decisions
✔️ Own and manage P&L for the region

✔️ Proven experience in hardcore sales with leadership exposure
✔️ Strong background in e-commerce / B2B sales
✔️ Experience in building and scaling sales teams
✔️ Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
✔️ Demonstrated ownership of revenue and business outcomes
