1.Demonstrate strong communication skills combined with solid technical knowledge to effectively engage diverse audiences.
2. Plan and deliver training sessions/workshops both in person and virtually, ensuring high learner engagement and outcomes.
3. Be open to travel as required for training delivery, or stakeholder meetings.
4. Represent the organization professionally while interacting with institution management, faculty members, and key stakeholders.
5. Coordinate and manage meetings with institutional leadership to align on objectives, expectations, and outcomes.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions to support long-term collaboration and program success.
7. Able to conversate in Hindi

1. Teaching experience: conducting training sessions in classroom/Virtual mode and dynamically responding to different capabilities of learners;
2. Experience in analyzing the feedback from sessions and identifying action areas for self-improvement
