Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable professional to manage basic accounting functions along with accurate data entry and record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Functions

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger management
• Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (basic level)
• Maintain financial records in accounting software (Tally/ERP)

Data Entry & MIS

• Enter and update financial and operational data accurately
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Prepare MIS reports as required
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Administrative Support

• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data
• Maintain files and documentation systematically
• Assist in audits and financial reviews

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Experience with Tally or any accounting software

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Commerce or related field
• Additional certification in accounting (preferred)
