Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager. The role includes responsibility for planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies and e-commerce initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, optimizing web content for lead generation, analyzing digital performance using web analytics tools, manage Marketplace operations in Amazon, Flipkart etc. and implementing digital marketing campaigns. Collaboration with different departments to achieve marketing goals and drive sales growth will also be a part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Manage Shopify website and optimize conversions
• Run performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads)
• Manage social media strategy and execution
• Use tools like Helium 10 for marketplace growth
• Onboard and manage influencers
• Onboard Healux on quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and similar channels, and manage catalogue and order flow on these platforms

Qualifications

• 3–7 years experience in E-commerce & Digital marketing
• Experience with Shopify & marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
• Strong analytical and campaign management skills
• Skills in Marketing and Digital Marketing execution
• Experience in analyzing data through Web Analytics tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Tech, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the consumer goods sector is a plus
