Accounts Data Entry Operator Full Time NEW

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Operator to handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate will support overall accounting operations, ensure proper documentation, and assist in maintaining data accuracy across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting data entry (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, and payments)
• Maintain and update ledger accounts and financial records
• Generate invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Assist in bank reconciliation and basic accounting tasks
• Support GST entries and basic compliance work
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare basic reports as required by management
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Debit/Credit, Ledger, GST)
• Familiarity with accounting software (Busy)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
• Prior experience in accounts or data entry roles
