Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT Service Desk operations
- Receive, log, and assign customer IT complaints
- Track and update all service tickets
- Monitor SLA timelines
- Handle and follow the escalation matrix
- Coordinate with field engineers
- Prepare MIS reports on service performance
- Work with internal teams to improve service efficiency
