Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and configuration of SAP HCM Time Management solutions
- Act as primary point of contact for application-related discussions and decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Oversee application development, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business needs and technical standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery with quality standards
- Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues and defects
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability building within the team
- Engage in stakeholder communication and ensure smooth project execution
- Contribute to decision-making across multiple teams
