About the role

We’re looking for someone who can be the bridge between our clients and our internal team. Someone organised, communicative, and excited about social media. You’ll make sure clients are heard, the team is aligned, and our LinkedIn presence is something we’re proud of.

What you’ll do

• HR and operations Keep everyone aligned, onboard new joinees, manage day-to-day HR and operations — from expense and bill management to organising team events. Handle end-to-end hiring when the team needs to grow. And beyond the logistics, be the person who actively builds a workplace culture worth showing up to.
• Deadline management Track timelines across multiple projects. Flag risks early, keep clients updated, and ensure the team delivers on time.
• Getting work done through the team Translate client requirements into clear briefs for the internal team. Follow up to make sure deliverables are on track and meet expectations.
• Client coordination Be the main point of contact for clients. Understand what they need, ask the right questions, and make sure nothing gets lost in translation.
• LinkedIn management Own the company’s LinkedIn page — from coming up with content ideas to writing, scheduling, and publishing posts.
