Adeptmed Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced professional to manage Airbnb and OTA operations for the US vacation rental market, especially Florida.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for handling Airbnb and OTA operations, guest communication, booking management, property listings, and daily operational activities. The candidate will also be responsible for promotions, sales, and marketing activities to increase bookings and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo & other OTA platforms

• Handle guest communication, bookings & reservations

• Manage pricing, calendars & occupancy

• Coordinate daily operational processes

• Run promotions, sales & marketing campaigns

• Increase bookings and property visibility

• Analyze operational performance and improve processes

Requirements:

✔ Experience in handling Airbnb business for the US market

✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✔ Experience in promotions, sales & digital marketing

✔ Good analytical and operations management skills

✔ Prior Florida market experience preferred

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
