Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Technical Hardware Computer Support specialist. The role involves providing technical support, diagnosing, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless operation of desktop computers and related hardware. Daily tasks include repairing and maintaining computer components, addressing support tickets, and assisting end-users with technical challenges in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware and software issues effectively
• Experience working with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware, including setup, maintenance, and upgrades
• Ability to perform Computer Repair tasks such as component replacements, installations, and system restorations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users with technical challenges
• Familiarity with network configurations and basic IT infrastructures is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
