Job Title: Young Shadow Intern – Client Servicing

About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Young Shadow Intern to join our Client Servicing team in Mumbai (BKC). This role is perfect for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to learn the fundamentals of client servicing, project coordination, and digital operations.
You will closely shadow experienced team members, gain hands-on exposure to real client projects, and understand how cross-functional teams collaborate to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the client servicing team in day-to-day coordination and communication
- Assist in understanding client briefs and help translate them for internal teams
- Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to track project progress
- Help monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are on track
- Support in preparing presentations, reports, and client updates
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through timely follow-ups
- Contribute to improving internal processes and workflow efficiency
- Assist in basic website maintenance, including content updates, CMS changes, and coordination with developers
- Stay updated with digital trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Key Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business, or related field
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and client servicing
- Familiarity with website maintenance (CMS updates, content edits, coordination with tech teams)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
- Positive attitude with a proactive mindset
