About the Role
Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is building internal AI-powered systems to improve how our teams work across marketing, sales, research, creative planning, production support, and business intelligence.
We are looking for an AI Agent Development Intern who is genuinely interested in building practical AI agents, automation workflows, and internal tools that can help a company operate faster and smarter.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about AI agents, LLMs, automation, APIs, workflows, and building real business-use systems — not just experimenting with prompts.
The larger goal is to help us build our internal POAI system — a practical operating intelligence layer that supports our teams with research, reporting, lead discovery, task intelligence, and automation.
What You Will Work On
You will assist in building and improving AI-based internal tools such as:
- AI agents for market research, lead discovery, and competitor tracking
- Automation workflows for marketing, sales, and internal reporting
- AI systems that collect, structure, summarize, and present business information
- Tools that connect with platforms such as Google Sheets, CRMs, websites, email, or project management systems
- Prompt workflows, agent instructions, testing flows, and quality checks
- Internal dashboards or simple interfaces for team usage
- Documentation for how each AI agent works, what it monitors, and how teams should use it
Skills We Are Looking For
The candidate should have a strong interest in AI systems and should ideally know or be learning:
- Python or JavaScript
- APIs and basic backend logic
- No-code/low-code automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, or similar
- LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or similar
- Prompt engineering and structured AI workflows
- Basic understanding of databases, Google Sheets, JSON, and webhooks
- Basic frontend knowledge is a plus
- Experience with LangChain, Flowise, CrewAI, AutoGen, Relevance AI, OpenAI Assistants, or similar tools is a strong advantage
