Summary

Our client, an IT services and IT consulting firm, is looking to engage an Email System Expert (Hybrid to ExchangeOnline) with strong expertise in hybrid email environments and Office 365 workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand existing On-Premises and Exchange Online (Office 365) environments
• Plan and execute the breakdown of hybrid Exchange configurations
• Assess dependencies and ensure smooth transition from hybrid to cloud-only setup
• Support migration activities and post-migration stabilization
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption during transition

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Exchange Online and Office 365 workloads
• Experience in hybrid Exchange environments (On-Prem + Cloud)
• Impact analysis of breaking hybrid configurations
• Hands-on experience in mailbox, user, and license provisioning/deprovisioning
• Knowledge of migration strategies and Exchange Online setup
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
