Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer located in Khed. The Production Engineer will oversee production processes, optimize manufacturing operations, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include production planning, monitoring workflow, quality control inspections, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, implement improvements, and ensure efficient communication between departments.
Qualifications
- Production Engineering and Production Planning skills
- Quality Control expertise ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills to improve operational efficiency
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in understanding technical documents and production flow
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production Engineering or related field
- Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is an advantage
