Social Media & Marketing Executive Full Time NEW

As a Social Media Executive at ABSPL, you will be a full-time remote employee working with one or more clients to assist with various tasks related to creating content, posting, and promoting on social media platforms in the real estate industry.

Social media manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals
• Manage and create content for multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting
• Collaborate with influencers and other partners to expand our reach and engagement on social media
• Ongoing management, continuity, and execution of social media marketing strategies and programs on behalf of the assigned clients
• Work closely with the Account managers to ensure daily program requirements are being executed and that overall program goals are being met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (on schedule and on goal)
• Proactively ensure issues, successes, and key insights are being escalated and reported in a timely manner throughout a campaign
• Work with the team or independently to identify relevant and targeted influencers as well as the overall outreach strategy, and he or she will be responsible for outreach, coordination, and reporting
• Ensure consistency of messages/ posts across multiple networks
• Serve as community and relationship manager for brands and resolve issues as they arise
• Capability to come up with independent campaign idea suggestions, set up monthly content calendars
• Create weekly social media program status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes, and monitoring results
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Identifying revenue growth opportunities for the digital marketing business of the firm, and tapping into new prospects with a sharp focus on creating success in a predefined time frame
• A hands-on leader who gets involved with day-to-day management including audience research, creative thinking, content planning and development, signing off creatives, and running pilots and testing of performance marketing campaigns
• Would be responsible for building highly successful digital marketing plans and campaigns; creating ‘pitches’ along with the creative team, for clients being handled by the firm
• Analyzing and reporting performance against key KPIs (Traffic generation, Followers base, Lead Generation, Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Click, Cost Per Engagement, Cost Per View)
• Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the clients; managing budgets and campaign costs
• Accountable for business success, delivery quality, and client satisfaction

Salary:

INR ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on the interview performance).
