Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Corporate Gifting Executive to drive outbound sales and generate new business opportunities for the corporate gifting vertical. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation through strategic outreach to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other outbound channels
Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline for corporate gifting business
2. Client Acquisition & Business Development
Pitch corporate gifting solutions to HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and Leadership teams
Convert leads into long-term business opportunities and key accounts
3. Sales Target Achievement
Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets through proactive sales efforts
Track sales performance and ensure consistent business growth
4. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
5. Product Presentation & Proposal Management
Coordinate product presentations, gifting catalogs, quotations, and customized proposals
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable gifting solutions
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with operations, procurement, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders
Coordinate timelines, customization requirements, and dispatch updates
7. Market Research & Opportunity Identification
Track market trends, competitor activities, seasonal gifting opportunities, and new business segments
Identify opportunities for expansion in the corporate gifting space
8. Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate sales records, lead status, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM/tools
Share regular reports on pipeline, closures, and revenue performance
