Job Description

The Sourcing Specialist supports candidate generation, outreach, and screening for administrative, commercial, and professional roles in APAC. As part of the Global Talent Center’s Talent Attraction team, this role will help expand recruitment support across regional locations. The position will be based at our operations center in Chennai, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Talent Attraction Partners to ensure alignment on key priorities, with a focus on complex and hard to fill roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of professional functions including Engineering, Finance, IT, and Sales and Marketing.
• Maintain talent pools for key roles and ongoing projects.
• Participate in campus recruiting, career fairs, and hiring events as needed.
• Utilize AI tools, job boards, resume databases, and social media for candidate generation and outreach.
• Support recruitment marketing execution through localized posting optimization and targeted outreach content.
• Ensure consistent use of Workday and other global TA systems.

Education And Experience

• Typically possesses High School diploma (or equivalent) and 3 or more years of experience.
• Fluency in English required.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful candidate generation and pipelining strategies for a variety of functions and levels.
• High proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies.

Knowledge And Skills

• Demonstrated customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidential information is required.
