Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Siliguri, with some work-from-home flexibility, for the position of Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents, developing sales strategies, and meeting business targets. Additional responsibilities include driving revenue growth, maintaining relationships with partners, ensuring compliance standards are met, and delivering excellent customer service in alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide agents toward achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with clients and partners
• Strategic planning and sales management expertise to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Analytical skills to assess market trends and create data-driven approaches to achieve growth goals
• Proficiency in using CRM and digital tools for managing customer and agent data
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly preferred
• Understanding of health insurance products and market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
