Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Surat, offering a salary range of 18,000 – 25,000 INR. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, preparing and verifying financial reports, reconciling accounts, processing invoices and payments, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. The role involves regular communication with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting practices, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Experience with account reconciliation, invoicing, and payment processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
- Educational qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
