Manufacturing ERP Consultant – Finance & Operations Full Time NEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between manufacturing operations and accounting systems. This role will be responsible for integrating ManufApp with accounting/ERP platforms like Tally and SAP, while ensuring seamless digitization of customer processes.

• ERP & Accounting Integration
• Integrate ManufApp with systems like Tally, SAP, and other accounting platforms
• Ensure accurate data flow across systems (Orders, GRN, Invoices, Payments)
• Process Understanding & Implementation
• Work closely with customers to understand their existing manufacturing and accounting workflows
• Map and configure these processes within ManufApp
• Ensure end-to-end digitization of operations
• Manufacturing & Commercial Process Handling
• Handle workflows related to:
• Purchase & Procurement
• Inventory & GRN
• Dispatch & Shipment
• Billing & Invoicing
• E-way Bill & E-invoicing compliance
• TDS and basic taxation
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as the single point of contact for customers during implementation
• Coordinate with product, tech, and support teams to resolve issues
• Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Accounting Fundamentals (Debit, Credit, Ledgers)
• Hands-on experience with Tally / SAP / similar accounting systems
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of:
• Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles
• GST, E-way Bill, E-invoicing
• TDS and compliance basics
• Ability to translate business processes into system workflows
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles
• Exposure to API integrations or data mapping
• Understanding of shop-floor or production processes
