Job Description

• Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc supply chain reports and dashboards (inventory, demand, supply, logistics, and service metrics).
• Consolidate and validate data from ERP, planning systems.
• Support S&OP / IBP, supply reviews, and escalation management with clear data and insights.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Ensure consistent definitions for metrics and master data across supply chain reports.
• Partner with Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Demand Planning and Supplier Management teams to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Document report logic, data sources, and assumptions to support auditability and continuity.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain reporting, analytics, or operations support with a firm understanding of master data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power BI, advanced formulas).
• Working knowledge of SAP/APO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience creating templates.
