Role Description

The Senior Manager – Talent Management is responsible for leading the Talent Management subsection within the Human Resources function. This role drives an employee centric, high-performance culture by promoting empowerment, quality, productivity, and achievement of organizational goals. The position plays a key role in ensuring that the company attracts, develops, and retains a superior workforce.

Key Responsibilities-

Lead and manage Talent Management department, programs, and initiatives within the HR department.

Cultivate an employee-oriented culture focused on empowerment, high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Oversee the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs.

Collaborate with company managers to provide guidance and support on HR and talent related matters.

Ensure consistency in HR standards, productivity, and talent development processes across the organization.
