Projectmanager
Job Title: IT Project Manager
Experience Required: 3-3.5 Years
Location: Mohali,Punjab
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated IT Project Manager with 3-3.5 years of experience to plan, execute, and manage technology projects. The candidate should coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards while meeting business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for management.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Manage client communication and handle requirement clarifications.
- Ensure proper documentation of project requirements and processes.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with software development teams
- Understanding of web or mobile application development projects
- Basic knowledge of technical concepts like APIs, databases, and cloud
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹55,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
