Position: Support Supply MRO

Qualifications – Bachelor / Post Graduate – Commerce
Experience – 03 – 05 yr of Industrial Experience, Commercial Background

Location: Rayagada, Odisha

Job Responsibilities:
Planning, execution & managing of raw material, supplier qualification management, receipt bill certification of raw materials, quantity reconciliation, MIS preparation, PR scrutiny and allocation for material procurement.
Key Result Areas

• MRO Procurement
• Finalize & execute POs for engineering spares
• Monitor PR to PO conversion and negotiate orders
• Coordinate urgent plant requirements
• Planning & Execution of Imported/Indigenous Spares
• Support corporate team in procurement contracts
• Ensure timely deliveries and compliance
• Manage supply chain and customs clearance
• Sustainability CAPEX
• Maintain MIS and assign CAPEX packages
• Monitor budgets and compliance
• Continuous Improvement
• Improve PR to PO lead time
• Cost reduction through market research and vendor development
