Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and organized Marketing Special Event Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Pune City. The Marketing Special Event Manager will plan, execute, and evaluate special events aimed at fostering community engagement and elevating the Soch et Latte brand. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and partners, managing budgets and timelines, curating marketing campaigns, and capturing insights from each event for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will also work closely with the marketing team to amplify event promotions through digital channels and on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Coordination, and Execution skills
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Engagement, and Campaign Management
• Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Budgeting, Vendor Management, and Logistics Planning
• Ability to analyze event data to derive insights for performance improvement
• Creative and strategic thinking to conceptualize unique event ideas
• Experience in marketing or event management for community-driven or coworking spaces is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred
