Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will develop strategies and implement Linde security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure health & safety and security of the company’s employees, assets, and facilities
• Further you will oversee the security operations and provide guidance, support, and training as needed and be willing to travel across INDIA sites, projects, customer installations and be on ground
• Additionally, you will conduct security risk assessments and implement appropriate measures to mitigate potential threats
• Besides, you will collaborate with management and other departments to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company’s operations and facilitate compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
• Likewise, you will monitor security systems and respond to incidents and emergencies as needed and stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in security technology to improve the company’s security posture
• Moreover, you are in charge for coordinating with relevant enforcement agency, emergency services and other external agencies during national emergencies/crisis i.e. civil unrest, act of terrorism where key installation like Linde assets may be subjected to attack etc
• Leading investigations into security incidents and conducting regular reviews and audits of security service providers – Quality of Service i.e. Performance, Deliverables, Effectiveness is a part of your responsibility
• Furthermore, you will represent the organization in security related seminars, meetings and networking with other industries including customers

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will minimum twelve (12) years’ experience in security management, security risk processes-security survey, security risk assessments. Prior MNC experience is desirable
• In this role, you will collaborate internal and external stakeholders
• Data analytics and presentations to Leadership team on Risk and opportunities
• Leadership skills with strong managerial capability
