Community Associate Full Time

Company Description

SocialX Cafe is a community-driven café focused on bringing people together through coffee, conversations, music, workshops, and creative events.

We are looking for an energetic and friendly team member who can support both café operations and community experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and snacks(training will be provided)
• Welcome customers and create a warm, social atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and overall café presentation
• Support the setup and coordination of events and workshops
• Assist artists, performers, and event hosts during sessions
• Handle billing and basic customer support
• Rearrange seating and event setups when required
• Help manage daily café operations, opening, and closing duties

Requirements

• Friendly and confident communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with new people
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude
• Interest in cafés, events, music, or community spaces
• Prior café or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not mandatory

Compensation

₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (based on experience and responsibilities)
