The Manager, Procurement Operations is responsible for day-to-day management of procurement operations delivery from PFI Innovation Centre India, supporting U.S. and global stakeholders. This role oversees requisition-to-purchase order execution, policy compliance, supplier enablement support, and operational issue resolution.
Reporting to the Director, Procure to Pay (P2P), the Procurement Operations Manager ensures consistent service delivery, strong controls, and continuous improvement across procurement processes, while leading teams and partnering closely with Category Management, Finance, and Technology.
