Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Team Leader located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Assistant Team Leader will support team management by coordinating daily operations, monitoring team performance, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Responsibilities include assisting in team training, evaluating progress, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high productivity levels. The role requires working closely with team members and leadership to achieve organizational objectives efficiently.
